Hello folks,
In this month’s workshop we’re tackling a topic I know many of you struggle with daily: procrastination.
A question I’m asked regularly is, ‘how do I stop procrastinating?’ While there are loads of productivity tips and strategies to help, I’ve found that the reasons for procrastination often go much deeper than we think. Productivity hacks might help in the short term, but if we want to stop procrastinating and develop a regular, joyful and fulfilling creative practice, we need to figure out what’s stopping us from doing the things we want to do. Once we understand this, we can design small, manageable changes to shift our behaviour.
This workshop will help you delve into the deeper reasons you procrastinate and begin to design your personal strategies to fix it for good.
